Reporting and data management
For inspections of the hygiene routine, it is important to be able to show that the disinfection cycle was carried out. The Professional and Enterprise levels archive operating data automatically. Enterprise also logs alarms, events and access, and enables the data to be integrated into the building management system.
Disinfection cycle records

Every cycle is recorded. The record contains the date and time of the start, the room in which the cycle took place, and whether it was started manually or automatically on a schedule. From the Control level, starting is linked to RFID, so the record also includes operator identification.

The system monitors its operating status and uses GSM to alert you when the product needs refilling or a service visit is required. The Professional and Enterprise levels also enable predictive maintenance and secure remote servicing.

The history of cycles, alarms and events remains archived and is used for retrospective review of system use and for analysing its technical condition. At the Enterprise level, with no time limit.
Availability
MEDIfogg can be tailored to your needs in terms of reporting, servicing and user rights. Reporting is not purchased separately; its scope is the main difference between the levels.

Integration
MEDIfogg Enterprise allows the system to be connected to the building management system (BMS) platform and to PLCs. The disinfection status can thus be a direct part of the overviews that technical staff already use, with no need for additional applications or systems.
