How Detectair Technologies, s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors to the MEDIfogg® website and of people who contact us via the form.

What data we process and why
We process data from the contact form (first name and surname, email, phone, workplace, message content) for the following purposes:
• responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• business communication: sending information about MEDIfogg®, invitations and offers related to your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this use at any time by email to contact@medifogg.com and we will not send you any further messages,
• measuring website traffic and campaign effectiveness, only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We retain data only for as long as necessary for these purposes, and data used for business communication until you object.
Recipients: our web hosting and email service providers and, where you consent to cookies, providers of analytics and marketing tools who process the data on our behalf. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Please send your request to contact@medifogg.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
